Trolly Assembly:
- Trolley Frame: Moves along the bridge girder and carries along and with the bridge girder to carry the machinery.
- Hoisting Mechanism: It contains a motor, gearbox and drum with wire rope used for lifting.
- Wire Rope Drum: It rolls the wire up and down during upliftment and downfall of the load.
- Hook Block: It Includes pulley, hook and load chain to lift.
Electrical Components:
Control Panel: Central unit housing which contains timers, relays and VFDs for electrical components.
Remote: It is a user interface to control the interface.
DSL system: It gives a Power supply to moving parts of the crane.
Overload Relay: It protects from an extra load.
Electric Cable: It enables flexible power cable movement.
Safety Equipments:
Limit Switches: For safety cut-off.
Load Limiters: It prevents overloading and mishappening.
Emergency Stop: Manual switch to stop all the motions instantly.
Anti- Collision Devices: They prevent collisions and crashes from the adjacent cranes.
Buffers and Bumpers: Absorb the shock and crane travel at the ends.
